Was looking at all restaurants offering Chinese cuisine and happen to find this with collaboration with hotel Re! We believe that food is more value for money than hotels and yet for this venue we are able to enjoy hotel perks. Ballroom is big and spacious with no pillars! Whole area outside ballroom is private as there is only 1. Shuttle buses are provided as it is not exactly near mrt station. We liked the menu and food tasting. Decoration for the place is also nice, not old fashioned. Gave timely advice on the decoration etc. But would be better if they could tell us beforehand when they intend to meet us for whichEver purpose I.e. have a schedule. However the AV system can be better. And on the actual day the gazebo as promised was too small to be placed in the aisle. Therefore it has to be placed outdoor. Food on actual day is not that good. First dish was not served with lighted deco as we commented during food tasting. Noodle is soggy and dessert was too sweet. Service was bad for some tables. After service they tried to compensate with meal for 2 when we feedback the next day. However, needed to follow up for months before it was actualised. Waiter hired for actual day was part time staff. I know it is common but they are not trained. One of the food had a fly in it and waiter commented that it is not their problem.
