The team’s dedication to quality and freshness is reflected across its 8-course wedding menus featuring an array of signature seafood specialties prepared in a variety of cooking styles, that are sure to satisfy all wedding guests, from elderly relatives to overseas friends. Vegetarian and halal menu options can also be arranged.
LOCATION
Located on level two of Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel nestled along the Singapore River, Red House Seafood Grand Copthorne offers a contemporary space like no other Chinese seafood restaurant. The welcome to the restaurant – thoughtfully conceived, is designed to heighten the sense of arrival. A beautiful red arched entrance and long walkway decked out in bespoke watercolour prints leads to a versatile foyer that can be used as a display area or set up for the traditional tea Ceremony.
Large glass windows and double volume arched ceilings fill the space at the main dining hall, accentuated with lush greenery, with plentiful natural light. With a capacity of up to 140 persons, the contemporary dining hall also features materials and colours that are evocative of the Nanyang style, in line with the restaurant’s cooking philosophy. Ratten, timbre and patterned mosaics along with one-of-a-kind wallpaper, tiles and fabric contributed to the design narrative of providing a dining environment that is intimate, cosy and elegant.
