New Zealand

Ever since the Lord of the Rings trilogy New Zealand (specifically Mount Victoria, Fiordland National Park and the Southern Lakes in Wellington) has become a must visit destination, with its stunning mix of landscapes - rolling hills, volcanoes and glacier - and jaw dropping views, it’s the perfect location for adventure seekers and nature lovers. Just a short flight away, it’s not hard to see the allure of Australia as a pre-wedding location. With six different states offering a variety of landscapes you are spoiled for choice. Europe

If you’re heading as far as Europe, the options really are endless - The United Kingdom, with its abundance of historical charm and sprawling countrysides - or why not try something a little more adventurous like Scandinavia, with its dramatic volcanic landscapes, hot springs, and the chance to experience the highly sought after, otherworldly Aurora Borealis (northern lights), perfect for adventure seekers that thrive on spontaneity.

Bali

Bali is a mere hop, skip and a jump from here and is a budget friendly option for a variety of stunning locations. With its infamous rice paddies, tropical rainforests, and beautiful beaches it’s no surprise that Bali is a popular destination for pre-wedding photography. Japan

Japan does seasons like no other, from the delicate sakura blossoms in spring; coating the country in a powdery pink blanket, to the fiery Autumn leaves in Hokkaido - the Japanese countryside offers incredibly beautiful, natural scenery all year round. If you’re looking for something more urban, the ever popular Tokyo with it’s infamous Shinjuku crossing and the tumbling alleyways of Golden Gai, make for an incredible experience and fun, vibrant photography.

Korea

With Korean pop culture taking over the world it’s no surprise that it’s increasing in popularity as a pre-wedding shoot location - after all, you don’t just get snapped by a Korean photographer, you have the option to be fully submerged in the Korean studio experience. It doesn’t hurt that the weather is incredibly reliable - not too hot, not too cold; just right. Korea also benefits from stunning seasons like Japan, that makes for beautiful backdrops all year round.
