I first found out about GHJ in a Hitcheed event.
Spoke with the coordinator that was on duty, she was very friendly and kind. Despite asking a lot of question, she patiently answered them and was not pushy to ask us sign a contract or package with them.
My husband and I actually went back home to consider and eventually we returned to sign with them. From the day we sign, she contact us within a month for us to see the contract and informing us about the terms and condition.
She also showed us past events and themes. She provided assurance to us for the event day procedures, and run through of what is going to happen.
Food in the hotel was good. It is the same kitchen team as people in RWS. So do expect good quality food and services.
Venue is great, its the only hotel within the west which holds banquet. For all the westies, i would say go for it!
Ambience is great, theme is great!
Overall i would say, they provide good services and give you the assurance.
