We recently had our wedding at Holiday Inn Atrium . We came to know this hotel during the Hitched wedding fair last year .
We wanted to have a small lunch reception with tables less than 20. After comparing the prices and the perks , we then decided that Holiday Inn is the best option .
Their salesperson , Ms Sheena was very patient and understanding . She was fast in responding to our queries.
There was this instance where she tried to accommodate to our request to see the bridal suite although it was a peak weekend with other weddings in place . But , her responsiveness and professionalism to try to solve or reduce the issues that we are facing such as the banquet seating arrangement , deserve a thumbs up .
Although , slight minor hiccups during actual day but overall the experience was still good and majority of the guests complemented the dishes that was serve as nice and portion was reasonable .
We will like to extend our thanks to the whole team from the guest relation team , and the banquet service team for making our day a memorable one .
Overall , we will definitely recommend this hotel to our relatives and friends.

HIA has been very prompt and patient with all my queries despite a change in the Manager in charge to Aileen.
Aileen has been very proactive to arrange for meetups for discussion, especially when we are the more laid back couple.
