It was a referral from a Friend, and after comparing multiple venues (I had a spreadsheet!), M Hotel was chosen because they offered the lowest cost for a rental space.
There was honestly little involvement from a wedding planning perspective because I handpicked the other vendors ie decor, catering, photo booth, floral boutique, wedding favours. I also had my bridesmaids
They did however provided the chairs, tables, AV, table cloth & chair cloth options. They provided recommendations & customised table arrangement based on what we required.
They also had a sales rep assigned to us and because they worked with several preferred vendors, they were relatively easy to work with and met us multiple times to Ensure our decor and caterers had all their questions answered.
They did offer preferred rates for room reservations and we booked 4 rooms, but honestly there were cheaper rates elsewhere e.g Westin. In the end, we chose M Hotel for ease of convenience
I would definitely recommend M Hotel because they have the best room rental rates & they’re easy to work with. They’re the best option for brides who likes to customise the experience
