Spencer & Shijie (Macaron Tower)

An ombre tower of tea infused passionfruit, green tea and raspberry macarons, all filled with rich white chocolate ganache. An exuberant floral crown base of eustomas, hydrangeas and blush roses, with 200 macarons ascending from blush pink to cream. Accompanied by an arrangement flourishing with blooms and wax flowers peppered in between.
