There were some minor hiccups at the beginning but as soon as we confirmed the venue, the Manager who was assigned to us was really patient and attentive despite multiple changes were made along the way right through to the wedding day. Professionalism was maintained all throughout to enable us to plan the biggest day of our lives in the way we have ever dreamed of. On the wedding day when the event was handed over the operations team, we were well taken care of to the extend that after our wedding luncheon, the banquet team ensured that we were well fed with extra portions of hot food in our bridal suite to make up for the courses we missed during the banquet. We will definitely still choose this venue if we were to renew our wedding vows again as we love the environment, our guests commented that food was awesome and service was top notch! Our guests were initially skeptical that we chose a non-hotel venue in Sentosa for our wedding but they said it was one of the best experience they have had in a non-hotel venue wedding.
