All the staff at Fairmont, ranging from our wedding coordinator Wendy, and butler Lukman, were very friendly and responsive to our needs. They ran the whole show very well on the day itself such that we did not have to think very much about what to do and just followed their instructions. The food was decent although not that great. But overall the experience was good without any major hiccups, thanks to the helpful staff there.

Second professional Debbie assigned was very good and helpful. Made our wedding planning process very easy. 4) Debbie would answer any questions we have patiently. Chef and staff during banquet was very good as well. 5) yes, sometimes also depends on the staff you happen to meet for your wedding
