We met the representative for Sofitel Sentosa at an event, but we were already eyeing them for our wedding dinner location for awhile. Being a couple that loves the outdoors, we wanted our dinner location to be somewhere that was glamorous, yet was in touch with nature. The ballrooms had full glass panels on one side, which gave our guests a beautiful view of the sea from their dinner tables. It was also a pillar less ballroom so all our guests would have a great view of the festivities. In terms of service, we had a lot of trouble with the staff that worked there, but both of the staff that we spoke to eventually left their jobs and we were introduced to Jennifer who took over. Jennifer was patient and accommodating, and we felt very comfortable working with her. The food during the dinner was amazing. The chef accepted our request for a dish that wasn't part of the normal menu, and did an amazing chilli crab sauce and mantou for us, with no additional charge. Everyone loved the food and some said that it was the most delicious wedding dinner they had tasted. We were 10/10 satisfied with the food. We found ourselves falling in love with Sofitel Sentosa during and after our wedding. We would highly recommend this wedding venue and would love to have more opportunities to stay there.
