We came across TGW at the Hitcheed wedding fair. Charie attended to us on our enquiry on that day. We were extremely pleased with her service; everything was well-thought and taken care off. The staff were patient and friendly when we had our suit/gown fitting also. They also allowed us to customise our package according to our needs, so that we were able to maximise the value of our package. Strongly recommended if you prefer to customise your gown/suit requirements.

We found The Gown Warehouse through one of hitcheed's fair at Suntec City. They were having a good offer and we decided to give it a shot after browsing many different shops for gowns. The service they provided and was good and the gowns was beautiful, and the selection was enough though I guess it always will be good to have even more selection. We were assisted very well, and through the trying of many different dresses, they were always patient and willing to serve. It was a very pleasant experience with them and everything went well without a hitch! We definitely will recommend them to others.

I signed up for the bridal package through Hitcheed Wonderland as the pricing and entitlements were really competitive. One plus point was the staff were friendly, especially Yachin. She was attentive, helpful and sincere. Throughout the gown selections and fitting sessions, she was very patient and professional. The overall environment at The Gown Warehouse was also very conducive and comfortable and that's very important when choosing gowns, besides the wide variety available.
